What is an SR22 ?

An SR 22 filing requirement is generally due to a traffic infraction. Failure to comply with the requirement usually will result in suspension of driving privileges. DWI's DUI's and Tickets for Driving Without Financial Responsibility, occasionally there may be other reasons a filing is needed or otherwise desired. The form requested by a licensing authority can be issued by an appropriately licensed Insurer and must meet the minimum limits for Texas 25/50/25 or 75 total is the minimum required.
